Gynecomastia and Liposuction Surgery
Liposuction is a surgical procedure intended to remove fat deposits and shape the patient's body.
Liposuction is a procedure for shaping and is not recommended for weight loss.
Liposuction may be performed on the face, neck, abdomen, hips, thighs, calves, arms, buttocks, and back.
During liposuction, fat is removed from under the patient's skin with the use of a vacuum suction and a hollow pen-like instrument called a canula. It may also be done by using an ultrasonic probe that emulfsies fat and removes the emulsified tiny frsgments with the vacuum suction device. Patients with localized fat may decide to have lipo to remove fat from that area.
Gynecomastia
is a procedure to reduce breast size in men with large breasts that utilizes liposuction.
